FLAMENCO TOUR SEVILLE
Flamenco is one of the most characteristic elements of Spanish culture, especially throughout the southern region of Andalucía. Flamenco was, for many, born in Triana, across the river from Sevilla, mostly in the mines and in the countryside where the gypsies lived from the 15th century, sent there by the Holy Inquisition.
Flamenco dance, as one-third of the quintessential Spanish phenomenon of flamenco, has an extensive historical background that parallels the cultural development of Spain itself. The guide will talk about this and a lot more, before taking you into the show.
In brief, the flamenco tour in Sevilla is in three parts:
- Historical introduction about the gypsies and Flamenco (Our guide will explain more about the Flamenco history before taking you to the show.)
- Full Show.
- 1 hour long live unplugged show with Spanish guitar, male dancer, female dancer and singer
- One of the best Flamenco places in the old town.
The Flamenco Tour is every Day at 20:15 hs and have a duration 2hs aprox (with historical introduction).
