Huelva
In Seville, you maybe already went to see the tomb of Christopher Columbus. Why not take it a step further and head to Huelva, where the famous explorer recruited many of his shipmates for his historic voyage to the Americas. Outside the industrial district, Huelva’s historic city centre is well worth a visit. This place has been an historically vital port city, having drawing in the Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans, among others.
