EXPERIENCE MANAGER
We are looking for a fun, energetic and self motivated person, to create and maintain a vibrant social community atmosphere in house, supervising and supporting our social activities.

You will mainly be busy with

• Staff training
• Coordinating stock check and orders.
• Making sure F&B is consistent
• Connecting with local actives(artists, teacher, speakers…) in order to create an agenda of community events.
• Coordinating bookings and services of our coworking space.
• Be engaged into activities that allow Oasis be closer to its guests and building a meaningful relationship by staying personal and available.

Requirements

• EU passport, NIE and Seguridad Social number
• Independent business driven individuals
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Hard working and flexibility to run different tasks
• Great team player approach
• Outstanding stress handling ability
• Experience as an event planner
• Experience on team management
• Experience on brand and marketing roles
• Advanced English and Spanish

COOK
We are looking for a happy cook lover, creative and hard working motivated person who is open minded, funny and energetic cook.

As a cook, you’re expected to follow the recipes of Oasis menu keeping a steady standard of quality. You will be in charge of preparing small but awesome dishes to our guests.

Former experience in a previous related position is an advantage but not relevant as willingness to learn and evolve.

• You will mainly be busy with
  Delivering all the dishes on the menu with consistency both visually and taste wise.
• Following Health and Hygiene codes
• Controlling food stock
• Communicating all your needs to your managers

Requirements

• Carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos
• Ability to use food processors, grinders, slicers, mixers etc

BARTENDER/BARISTA
We are looking for a passionate, hospitable, enthusiastic, representative and motivated Bartender/Barista to be responsible to ensure flawless operations behind the assigned bar whilst preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. As a barista/bartender you are expected to not only deliver beverages following the quality standards you were trained to, but to set the perfect ambience with the right music selection and excellent customer service.

You will mainly be busy with

• Taking food and beverage orders from the guest
• Preparing beverages and serving clients,
• Supporting table service
• Playing a exquisite music selection in between rhythms

Requirements

• EU passport, NIE and Seguridad Social number
• Fluent English and acceptable Spanish.
• Proven Experience as a Barista and/OR Bartender
• Hard working team player
• Multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to handle pressure
